Welcome to ASPIRE, our web based Performance Management Systems. ASPIRE stands for Align, Strive, Perform, Inspire, Reward and Enable.
The purpose of this system is to set the performance objectives, monitor their achievements and provide necessary feedback in a structured process. The objective is to establish a high performance culture in which individuals and teams take responsibility for the continuous improvement and for their own skills and contributions within a framework. It is designed to increase efficiency, transparency and enhance our effectiveness for talent management and skills enhancement. It is a platform with a two way communications for our employees and their line managers to discuss the work performance objectively.

The individuals and Line Managers agreed on SMART goals for the period to be reviewed. SMART goals are SPECIFIC, MEASURABLE, ATTAINABLE, RELEVANT and TIME-BOUND |
Mid-Year Review |
A half way point qualitative review to ensure individuals and line managers are still on course to achieve the objectives set |
Annual Review |
A final review for the objectives set and to agree on the ratings scale build into the systems |
